I am supposed to receive my parcel today between 1415 to 1615. I was waiting the whole morning in my room. But the postman came earlier and he didn’t ring my doorbell. So, I missed the parcel. I went to check my mail box at 2pm. Planning to wait for the postman, but I just received a card asking me to take the parcel at Primera. Is it the service be like that? And my friend had the same situation with me. Her parcel was sent to the Primera due to the wrong time slot. And, her parcel was collected by other people. I have been waiting for the whole morning but it turned out to this result. I am very disappointed with the service postnl provided. This is not the first time. Please take this problem seriously.

Why there is no opening hours? On Thursday when will postnl in paddapol open？it is 9:14 in the morning it is still closed. Don't you think you Should add the opening hours in here so we can check?
