The Ingenico PIN terminals are not suitable for high volume transaction environment such as pubs/bars/fast food and when international cards are used the pin device gives out the receipts in the language of the country so you have no idea if the transaction is approved or declined. Also the help desk is not open 24 hours as indicated on Google maps. Good luck if you have problems after 6 pm.

Poor quality and service, have multiple cash machines at paqar with service contract. The quality is not good, just a charging dock for the wireless ATM broke, just 1 year old. Just lies on the bar and nothing else happens. They invent every time reasons why something is not in service contract. Had to buy a new one of 65 euros excl. VAT while on the internet many male cheaper. Before this also had problems with other ATM, which is also not solved properly. Very disappointed and will not do anything with it in the future.

I recently ordered an ATM from paqar to my great disappointment, the service and service at this company is unbelievably poor. Firstly, I got so little information that I couldn't do anything with it, and secondly, they sent me the wrong ATM. I tried several times to get in touch with someone from that company but to no avail. I wonder how is it possible to send someone an ATM and then not inform them about its use.

A few weeks ago we completed the call me back form on Paqar's website. We were called back the same day. The employee we had on the phone was able to give us good advice about purchasing an ATM and really took the time to answer our questions. We then immediately purchased an ATM. Within two days we had the ATM in our possession and it was ready for use. Because we have been helped kindly every time and the employees explain something ten times if necessary, we feel that we are valued as a customer. The ATM works perfectly. In short, super satisfied!

Our company has been using Paqar's ATM machines for 2 months and we are extremely satisfied. The ATMs were easy to install and work properly. The Paqar employees are proactive and have a great deal of substantive knowledge about the products they deliver. They know exactly what they are talking about. This gives us a familiar feeling for the present and the future. The ATMs were delivered within 2 working days after the request and the arranging of the contracts went very quickly. Paqar, keep it up!
