Awful customer service - save yourself the pain. My original beanbag cover became damaged (patches of what looks like little white threads). Apparently some moisturisers can cause this although Terapy are not able to confirm what ingredients might be problematic - I only use very natural products so this is definitely something to consider. So I placed an order for a disappointingly expensive replacement cover and also a smaller beanbag in the same colour. When they arrived, the two covers turned out to be different colours even though the colour names on the website are the same. I emailed them to query this and was told that they hadn't changed supplier or the dye or anything and the colours should match exactly. Furthermore I was told that they had checked the stock and they were all the same colour and that from my photo my covers appeared the same colour. I sent them another photo in better light conditions and then they agreed that there was indeed a colour difference. They said if I posted both covers back they would then send replacement covers that were exactly the same colour. I explained that I lived in a small flat in central London and that it would be very inconvenient having two big naked beanbags in living space so it would work better for me if they could identify which size was the wrong colour and replace just one so only one beanbag had to be unattractively unusable in my living space rather than two but I was told that the way to be sure of an exact colour match was to replace both. So then I asked if they could post the replacement covers first then I would return the others on receipt to avoid the naked beanbags. I was told this wasn't possible because they didn't trust me to return the covers due to previous bad experiences with customers with this type of thing. Trying to minimise further inconvenience to me was not a consideration for them. I duly posted the covers back. I then had to chase a few times before the return postage was refunded as promised. And then the kicker was they said that having inspected the stock in better light conditions they had now realised that contrary to their previous information there was no colour consistency across the different sizes in any of the colours offered on their website. I've settled for two different colours as for me this is preferable to having two in very similar, but not matching colours. I would never have bothered getting the second beanbag in the first place had I known. And I wasted several hours trying to get it resolved between writing emails, packaging the covers and taking to the post office and a painful half an hour on the phone with a patronising man. At no point did anyone apologise for their mistakes and the inconvenience to me - they simply repeated options with no care for the fact that the options didn't work for me. My advice would be steer clear!

I ordered a beanbag with a backrest and this has gone very smoothly. I had my order quickly in house, happy with it! My compliments for Terapy.

Good service, very flexible and helpful. Very happy with the Elly beanbag for my daughter, where I think it is important that she is in a good position.
