About two weeks ago I visited this salon for a gel polish / manicure. The gel polish should last about 2 to 3 weeks. Within a week, one nail was completely finished. I got in touch and this nail was redone for free. Three days later, the other nine nails were also off. Contacted again and a day later I was called back to make a new appointment. After this appointment, it appeared that this recovery round is not covered by the warranty and the treatment was simply charged. Very poor service! The hygiene in this salon also leaves much to be desired. The 'nail table' is full of skin and nail flakes and many things (such as the UV lamp, the nail files or the pillow on which your hand lies) are not or hardly cleaned, and certainly not after every customer. I don't come here again.

I had my hair cut here 3 days ago, I am not satisfied with this because I would get a bob line, all in all I look like Leonardo di Caprio in the Titanic at the front and my hair at the back is almost completely gone shaved while this was not the deal, you can only pay with cash, you have to speak English or Russian (which is very difficult if you have multiple intellectual disabilities and you have a lot of difficulty understanding other languages, learning it and to pronounce it) also there is no discussion at all as to whether you want your hair to be shorter or to keep it that way, all in all I now look like a man while I am a woman and, bad service, I never come here more back
