Made an appointment with Mr Ayat yesterday and today. The appointment was scheduled a day earlier, after waiting more than 1.5 hours, he suggested repairing my car today (so 1 day later). Appointment was scheduled at 2 pm, Mr. Ayat came crashing just before 4 pm. Mister Ayat did not say he would be late and he does not answer his phone. I didn't like it, but I was glad he was there. My car could finally be repaired! At least that was what I thought Mister Ayat looked at me and said "I'm busy, come back tomorrow". Mister Ayat was very rude, there was no reason for that. I remained calm and asked Sir to keep his appointment. To which the gentleman said that I should go find another garage and that I did not feel obliged to help me in this case because I gave him a lot of stress. I advise everyone, go to a garage where appointments are kept and customers are treated in a normal way. Mister Ayat may be good at his job but has a horrible way of treating people.

Delivered my car to him and delivered my key. Then asked if it is possible to pick up my car the next day. And mister promised it and has not been available since. Mister disappeared completely from the bottom plate. Tried calling and called several times for 4 days. But no sign of life. After 4 days of being unreachable, this man sends me an appie that he left my car outside at 4.30 am with the key at the wipers. (Easier to get your car stolen this way) very unprofessional and unreliable. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

Dear Ayet. We have brought a car to you of which we already knew the problem. We just wanted to know if you could help us with this. Your colleague got stuck with his own computer for 1 hour because the device got stuck continuously. Then he finally read it after 1 hour and told us what the problem was according to your device. However, we already knew what the problem was. He forced himself with we must also read. OK fine. We were asked to leave the car. But we ignored that due to time constraints. Yet we had to pay for reading for something we already knew. The problem has not become clearer or clearer after reading. That your colleague was busy with his device for 1 hour has nothing to do with our car problem? And as an owner, you are so sad to leave a less valuable review on our company page while you have never been a customer of ours. It is outrageous that you can't even stand criticism!
