The team is flexible and trying to do their best. However a few points disappointed me:
1- the floor I ordered was hongaarsepunt 60° but I was delivered 45°, which was OK at the end but still different from the order
2- some parts of the floor have less quality than the rest, and the oil finishing is not always uniform
3- the floor was not ready until the morning of installation so we lost time the day of the installation to bring it upstairs, and they forgot some finishing parts
4- during the installation, the technician who is putting the floor figured out that a few parts have the wrong orientation, so he couldn't finish his job and that happened 2 times so the whole installation is taking 3 weeks instead of 2 days!!!
Fast, reliable and beautiful.
I ordered a wooden floor and the quality was very good for the price. But most of all: honestly the best customer service I have experienced in this field. They answer fast, really know what they are doing and provide good advices. Plus they are quite flexible when construction doesn't go as planed. Would definitely recommend.
I received 3 boxes of the floor damaged but they followed up and replaced them to me. Things could have been faster but with the current situation I understand the delay.
Reasonable prices compare to the shops or outlets in down town.
