Wonderful store, which is now temporarily closed during Corona. Ordered earrings online for my wife's birthday and they were personally delivered the same day. Exceeding expectations? Hell yes! Class and admiration.

Today we wanted to try on a Pandora bracelet to see if the bracelet I have now is too big or not. When we asked about this we were literally told: "The bracelet in question was not bought from us, so you will not get a bracelet to fit because we are not paid for it." We might have wanted to buy a smaller bracelet there and send the current one back and buy our wedding rings there later. We are definitely not going to do this. They miss purchases twice now.

Does the European legislation on warranty ignore it. 2 years is 2 years and that is above a self-printed booklet. Turn off your customer for a few bucks because he points out European legislation. Leniency on something that you do not have to pay is then just as well unjustified.

Bad service! after wanting to check our own gold engagement ring how much it was worth, a terribly annoying little man said that we knew what it was worth and he didn't want to check it (in other words, you probably stole it) ! that such persons still work in jeweler business! wrong place to buy something!

Incredibly personal, friendly and flexible service. And that for a purchase via the webshop. Many online stores can learn from that! Compliments!
