I ordered a guess bracelet. When it came in, I quickly noticed that it kept going loose, so I called customer service to see what I can do. They told me that with proof of purchase I could go to the nearest lucardi I did.
Yesterday I went to Lucardi zaandam to tell my story.
First of all, Madam said that it is not possible and the person who is involved will be present tomorrow, I have asked to be able to keep in touch by e-mail, so apparently it was not ridiculous. Then my sister said that she has exactly the same and it is really a shame Mrs. suddenly said I also have 1 and I have no problems with that. So they didn't want to give my money back. I have said I want my money back and I want to speak to the relevant person. Her response was: there is none.
I am not a small child who can tell you all kinds of stories.
Eventually hero got back and pointed out that I never but never come again!
Pick up my ordered watch in the store today. Due to Corona, only 6 visitors are allowed in the store. I walked in and already counted 8, so I also joined the queue. And guess what? Then I was the only one to be approached, shouting through the store in a rude way. It is that I had already paid for this watch, otherwise I would have walked away immediately. Never ever again this branch of Lucardi.
