I ordered Swarovski Beads that never arrived. When contacting I got the answer (after several emails) that they had been delivered which was not correct. I never received them and they no longer answer my emails. Thanks.
I was always a big fan of Glaser, as soon as I got a custom order I immediately ordered from them, everything comes neatly packaged. Until recently that I had ordered 7 packs of Swarovski beads and that I had received 6. And I got in touch I was told they are very sure the beads were shipped. First it was said oh those little slices that may have slipped out somewhere yes because they are very small and we are sure they have been shipped. So in a decent way they want to say that I am lying and that I am a thief. But if you look differently, I can also think that she wanted to steal € 8.10. But no, I hadn't seen it that way at all, I thought more of it was a small mistake, so I'll contact you. But because I was not taken seriously, I will not order there again, because if there is something I will not be taken seriously anyway. By the way, I had received a new bag. But after being told that she had asked back and that they were so sure that they were sent, while I had not received anything.
Superb collection of beads and parts and always good advice and suggestions. The owners have years of experience and expertise and it shows.
