The coaching sessions at Cris are very helpful to me. The short meditation with which we start to arrive is very nice for me. That means that I can fully focus on what I came there for, and come into direct contact with myself. Cris helps me to get an overview of all the chaos in my head and gives me new insights, exactly when I am ready and need it. She knows exactly where I am in my process, and she follows my pace completely. Cris offers the security I need to allow myself to come into full contact with myself, to grow and to be able to look at myself. The sessions allow me to practice with my development points in my daily life, I increasingly trust myself and I can feel what is going on in the here and now. That gives me a lot of peace and a feeling of freedom.
