I received a bag broken, the bag was not expensive, but the zipper was broken. So I also wanted to send it back, but because I did not immediately report it (due to the holiday package only opened later), it is literally written that the bag was not sent in this way. I may have used it for a week and that is why the bag is broken.
The handle is still in the bag because you can't get it out because the zipper is broken .. and it is not suggested that I broke the bag ???
Well I returned the bag at my own expense I don't want anything to do with that company.
