Not welcoming and rushed. In the first 20 minutes that we were there, waiters came to the table four times to ask if we knew what we wanted. This, while we have indicated when booking that we first want to have an extensive drink before dinner. This felt rushed and not relaxed.
The mayonnaise looked like it had probably been used before. The edges and top were completely yellowed.
We also saw how a man and woman were sent away because the woman had bought an ice cream at their accompanying Take Away. The man would just order food, but the woman was really not allowed to sit there, because of this ice cream (which was simply bought at their own company). This too felt anything but hospitable.
The food is also very tasty, but in my opinion the hospitality and the experience are just as important.
Delicious croquette (take-away) but cappucino from a paper cup is nothing. It all took a very long time. It is time for the catering industry to be able to run normally again. They have put in enough effort!
