The steaming of my wedding dress took 8 weeks instead of the promised 2 weeks. My husband has been there twice in vain and we have called at least three times to see if she is ready. But when I called twice, when I was told that the dress was finally ready and when I picked it up, there was a word of apology! Really disappointing.
