The Nieuwe Bijenpark is wonderful with a nice design, peacefull, open to public and parks and gardens' lovers. In spite of everything, end of August 2018, we met an aggressive man with my sister and her two daughters. He asserted that access is not allowed to public and foreigners. City Hall Amsterdam Nieuw West confirmed us that the park is open to public. The Stadstloket registered our complaint as Politie at Meer in Vaart 284. This man degraded a vehicle parked in the parking lot and belonging to a visitor with an Italian license plate ! The owner of the park remains the Gemeente. This man has no police power or anything else. This is the guy called "Hoogendoorn" in the list of reviews of Nieuwe Bijenpark, shame on him. If you are bothered by this kind of impolite person, do not hesitate to inform Gemeente and Politie. They do not like that kind of person.

The park is beautiful and offers a peaceful time and space. It is public access at certain times. However, late August 2018, I crossed the path of a rude man. He claimed that access is not allowed to public and outsiders. He even scared my two young ragazze. We were allowed to walk around the park. Information taken at Gemeente Amsterdam Nieuw West, this was confirmed to me. The Stadstloket registered my complaint and encouraged to report the facts to the Politie at Meer en Vaart 284. I learned from friends that this man had degraded a parked vehicle at the entrance of the park and belonging to a visitor with an Italian license plate. The Park's landlord remains the Gemeente. This man has no police power or anything else : he is born too late and missed a NSB's career. He looks like the tipo called "Hoogendoorn" on the reviews'list. If you are importunare by this kind of rude person, do not hesitate to inform the Gemeente, the Politie and to speak about it around you. They do not appreciate these behaviors.

Super quiet and idyllic Volkstuinenpark...with cheerfull children even a bit awkward as it is a bit like you feel you are an interrupting stranger. Itinary ndication to the beekeepers museum is non existing, but take the right lane at the entrance until the water and there in the brown wooden building you are on the right place. Nice examples of rustique beehives from all over the country. Big images of inside&outside of the bee, temporary exhibitions(now about st.Ambrosius) the best attraction is outside the building: a beehive with perspex so you can open it and watch the bees working, spot the marked queen and see the babies breaking out
