I have already been here 2 times in front of a closed door, while according to the website of Post NL and Google it should be open. Very annoying, because after 72 hours it is taken to another location and I have to pick it up there ..

It does not work! My package arrived 3 days ago at the package machine, but I could not get my package out of the machine. The machine gave the malfunction that the internet is not working. Immediately called customer service, who could and did not know anything. I had to contact customer service next day, then the right department was there. Immediately made a complaint the next morning. First reaction was quick but messy, so back again for clarity. The second reaction was that Postnl is working on the malfunction, but in the meantime the package is being picked up and taken to another (unknown) mail collection point. I would receive an SMS the next day where I could pick up the package. To date, no SMS and no clarity where my package is. It is really too sad for words!

Worked great! I got a text message and I followed everything on the machine. Was not very difficult for me. 🤷‍♂️

Package sent to the post. Then the track and trace code was not updated. No idea where the package is now, but not at the receiver.
