Hostile, rude, unfriendly treated by employee Jeroen because they have lost / stolen my package. Lied to me that package did not arrive at their pickup location while postnl customer service sees in the system that it has been received and scanned by them.

BEWARE, the package point service is a joke, even you can get your belongings back, the properties are damaged. I have several times that my packages are not returned to senders but are stolen by them. You have to bring 2 IDs to get your belongings back and then they told you that the packages are gone. Absolutely traged store.
