A really annoying store! You click them as a parcel point and then they simply send your parcel to the city center, kilometers away. I have already experienced in the store that people come there to pick up their package and then have to cycle all the way to the Singel. Now I experience it myself. There is something wrong with this shop that the packages are forwarded to the Singel. Really annoying and not helpful! They say they stumble over the parcels, but when the store is half empty, they just send the postman with parcels and all to the Singel. From now on I will also buy stamps and cards elsewhere. What bad service!
