Very bad service. After exchanging shoes with a construction error, I was saddled with 2 different shoes. They responded unkindly and were sent away twice, saying that they were the same, while one shoe had smooth leather and black laces and the other wrinkled leather with thicker blue laces. The staff did not handle this well.

Today with a complaint to the Ecco store in Zaandam. The soles of my shoes crumbled away completely. Too bad because they walked blissfully. Should choose a few others and despite the fact that these were a lot more expensive, I got them with me. I was silent! What a service, unprecedented !!!!
