It is beyond dispute that Arnoud is a professional and specialist. Where he makes the difference and why I would like to give him 6 stars instead of the maximum 5 is the attention and skills he has to treat every customer as a unique case and not to think about standard solutions and processes, so that I finally work with him have been able to make adjustments that have actually helped my life forward and of which I expect to gain a few percent in the future with small adjustments. Visited last week (Arnoud had made it completely Corona proof) and perfect service. New insoles are very nice, for both sports and everyday use.
