Massage van Mo

Friday, November 6, 2020 On Friday half past one I had a massage at Massage van Mo. In the massage room, a beautiful spacious theater room with in the middle the massage table above which decorated 2 chandeliers, fine, air and light, I was warmly received by Mo, aka Monique. Muscles loose, head free is the motto and yes, I like to go for that. The fact that my head registered the piano music that stood up, which normally causes relaxation, as bad, was already a sign that there could be some more space above it. There were also a number of muscles that had been warning me for weeks that something is not right. Work to be done for Mo! And so Mo started with her energetic relaxation massage. She massaged firmly and professionally, with attention to my wishes, not too hard pressure on the lower back, my back, legs, arms, hands, feet and neck down to the smallest muscles. Tailor-made massage. Maybe I was skipping a part of the body but I caught myself snoozing and breathing more slowly during the massage. Relaxation! The word professional is also expressed in Monique's approach to how to deal verbally with her customer. If you want to chat during the massage, it is 'conveniently' taught to a relaxed chat and if you have nothing to say you will not be forced to chat. Very nice! Immediately after the massage, still on the edge of the table, one wants to feel immediate results. Often that is not the case, and not with me either. Later that afternoon that started to change. For example, I noticed that my irritation threshold had dropped and my previously tense muscles were less or no longer sputtered with daily movements. Well done Monique!
