Considering the volume of bikes ending up there, I would like a better location/faster service for on-spot collection or faster deliveries.
Less than thrilled with these folks. They’ve taken my bike without pacing a warning sticker on it, the picture they took was too bad to determine that it was indeed my bike. I know waste my time to go and get my bike and fork out for a new lock! Thanks a lot.
They just take your bike and bring it to place in the middle of nowhere!!! And then you have to hunt them down, looking for your bike !!!
The place they take your bike after stealing it because their isn't enough bike parking at central Station. It was raining the whole time too which made it a lovely experience to bike all the way back to my apartment after picking it up. It would be great to have a couple places where the bikes are kept a bit close to where they are picked up. The staff at the actually location was quite friendly though. Thank you to them, screw you system that rewards those who can pay to park their bike all the time
Excellent and friendly service. It's actually admirable if you put in perspective the flow of bicycles in and out. And the volume of people trying to reclaim back the Bicycles.
