Maikel Rommers is a smooth guy with the best intentions and works hard. Unfortunately, he is too busy to answer his phone and keep appointments. Looks gaotic and has managed to perform at my house installation to let 4 different technicians do their thing, so that in the end nobody knew what was where. If you then invoice the customer for the hours worked to resolve all defects, I think you are doing the wrong thing.
