What a bad service, mattress cover brought away and it turns out they have not been cleaned. I have returned with my complaint and you will receive a business card that you can call the owner. Where has the customer focus gone? They do not return money that has been received. They offer to clean it again. I wonder how clean it will be. I know I don't recommend anyone to have your things cleaned here.

Very bad!! Due to too little advice from them, my whole jacket is torn open (coat of € 800). And then you say something starts to throw that (the owner) with your own stuff, to scream and just to shove it off. If he had just stayed clean, I could just get out of it normally. First and last time, look for a further dry cleaning !!!

Bad service! Bridal gown with accessories and costume left for cleaning. After 6 weeks, not everything was complete, the dress hung (only) unprotected in the store, everything was somewhere else and was therefore difficult to find, not everything was cleaned, I got the wrong hangers and the veil and blouse were lost. There would be searched and I would be called back. Unfortunately vain hope. After 3 times in the store and 3 months further, they advised to hold the dry cleaner liable. But as expected, no reaction here either. This will continue to fight legal aid. Never again Loekinette Dry Cleaning !!
