Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Trivium

Definately not av4 star! Basic services, nothing special honestly. The rooms have no airco and no refrigerator! And the wellness centre only has three main programmes. The steam cabin, the jacuzzi and the sauna. The food choices at the bistro/restaurant are estremely limited. I had to go town (which is a 5 minutes drive) to go get a proper warm meal. The personeel members were vriendly though, but all in its not worth a 4 star hotel. A 3 star would have been appropriate!

A nice place to stay. We had breakfast included. However, it is unfortunate that we had to have our breakfast in our room and the breakfast was very simple, just two sandwiches, some drinks, one fruit, one croissoint and a chocolate bar.

This hotel states that it is 4 star, which simply is not true! The hotel rooms are dated, not dirty, but scuff marks on surfaces which will never come off, so you feel as if it is dirty. The beds are super soft, no stability resulting in a very bad night sleep. Noise from outside the room could be hear the entire night and early morning, people opening closing their doors, elevator shaft :( Sauna The saunas are ok. There are 3 in total, also very dated. Swimming pool is a good size but lacks charm. Breakfast Simple, i just wish we had booked into Leiden instead of this one. We live and learn. Please get a refurb or close down - its 2020. When people book for a wellness package they go to relax not to get annoyed.

Excellent value for money. Very comfortable beds.

Got a cheap deal on vakantieveilingen fortunately. The website makes it look like a huge wellness facility, but 'look like' is what it is. It's okay but not great. Same for the food in the restaurant, okay but not great.
