I found the (fairly unique) car that I wanted about an hour and a half away from me, on which I made an appointment, partly on the basis of previously posted good reviews for the dealer. The reception was warm, the car (and also the other cars in the showroom) was in very good condition and after the test drive the price negotiations were quickly over due to both the realistic asking price for the new car and the trade-in price for my current car. What the (gigantic) large dealers can no longer offer me nowadays, I found at this dealer: involvement and being able to put yourself in the position of the customer. This creates confidence. Buying a car is always an exciting event. It is nice if you do not feel that you are dealing with a salesperson who does his utmost with beautiful sales pitches to get the most out of it, but that you are in an honest and open contact full of targeted information. can come to a good decision. Even after the agreement was concluded, Richard continued to provide practical help and advice. All in all, it was more than worth it to me to drive a reasonable distance to this dealer for my new car.

After some filtering with our wish list on the internet to an Opel Mokka we came Fa. Van Oreken out. The navigation system was not standard, but that was resolved. However, the location of navigation turned out to be unsatisfactory in practice, so we reported this to Richard.
