Absolutely impersonal want to see as many people as possible in the shortest possible time. But I can't really call it serious. After I got a lot of pain from my neck after an accident earlier that morning. Called a number of times but there was no answer. Drove there and explained we were hit this morning with 90kmph my neck hurts a lot now I want it checked. The answer was: but we are full today, come this week of the walk-in consultation hour. Totally surprised once again explained we have had an accident I would like a check. No, just come this week. Once at the consultation hours. Yes I can do little about it but go to the physio. Have nothing checked in a controlled way. Not touched. Nothing checked. The only thing said was just go to the physio. So I ask which then you can recommend me 1 live here not so long so do not know anything in the area. No, just google. And out again as quickly as possible. Once at the physio, the first thing they said was, I assume, that the doctor has already checked "certain" things? No, nothing. I got a weird look and first everything was checked which they thought should have been checked. And before they continued to treat, she wanted photos to be taken first to exclude that there was nowhere a crack or something because of the treatments. So I could ask back again if photos could be made. I didn't feel heard at all. I don't really think it's worth that one star.

The old doctor was there so nice

It is a pity if your own doctor is on holiday that you are not being helped properly and the assistant is super grumpy on the phone!
