Called this morning or my girlfriend who is not registered here can come by because her own doctor is on vacation and the replacement doctors were not caught in any way (even with holidays and lines interrupted for hours). Assistant indicated that this is not reimbursed by the insurance, so that they should continue to call or inform the insurance. When my girlfriend called her insurance company and they said she should see a doctor as soon as possible and that they would reimburse everything, she called immediately. When she (crying in pain) had only told the assistant that I had just called and that she had called the insurance that they would reimburse everything, the assistant said "no we don't" and the connection was immediately broken. I find this inhuman treatment. Although I have been receiving super help here for years, I am now in doubt about switching from a doctor purely because of the absurd behavior of the assistant.
