Last week, my friend had a meter box made ready for connection by a self-employed person through this company. (have it mounted on a base plate), so that the smart meter can be connected to it later. Everything was ready very quickly for a considerable amount. Afterwards, the meter box turned out to be skewed, mounted on the wrong side of the plate, and the junction boxes were also mounted scraped and crooked. (it turned out that a piece of the cupboard was also broken off afterwards). My friend has now repaired it himself. For such a price you expect that it will be done properly .. We also had to pay in cash, while it was a white job, which of course also feeds our slight suspicion .. Does ELF always do this, we wonder ?! ELF's response after reading this review is also sad. My friend got a call from a very angry gentleman who immediately went on the phone about the review. It is very special that a professional company can hang a meter cupboard straight on a wall, but not on a plate of wood on a trestle table. The ELF employee could of course simply have used a measuring tape or asked to hold the plate to one of the men present. Dear ELF; good work yields a good review, bad work a bad one, it's that simple. Learn from that and be sporty!

Have a new group box installed today. They even came back for this a 2nd time, because it had to be a 3 phase. Good price and service !! Also fast and good communication. Thanks!

Had some problems with electricity, was quickly resolved the next morning. Also have a new meter cupboard installed the day after. Fast, professional and social which is important to me. Thanks

Very good company. Fast men from Steenbergen. Barely time for a cup of fun. By the way, they had temporarily turned off the power, so no time for a cup of coffee. How fast and accurate those men can work. We have a whole new fuse box. Also installed an induction plate and removed the gas stove. All this in barely two hours. Thank you ELF. I recommend you to whomever I know.

Have the group box mounted. Later it turns out that the group box was not the right one, according to Stedin. Called Eleven, and explained, after some extra payment, another group box was installed by this company. After the installation, the expensive Induction plate had to be connected, that was no problem, but the technician connected incorrectly and had to be replaced.After a lot of phone calls and emails, the Elf company paid half of this Induction plate by mutual agreement. Now, the municipality of Schiedam came to have a look in my meter cupboard and decided that the new group box could have been connected more neatly, so now the cables of the new group box were fixed again and now it looks reasonable. Shame about all this hassle. If not worked properly, everything must be done quickly. No more firm Elf at the door for me.
