On June 11, I received an email that my package would be delivered on June 10. received a track & trace number that just doesn't work. so I call dpd, but no answer, again, this time i was connected to the auto call service, which did not recognize my package number, and then just hung up on me. on the third attempt tried to speak to a human but of course all employees are busy, hanged after ten minutes because my ears started to hurt the extremely loud piano tune. afterwards not being able to speak to anyone, no idea where my package actually is and whether it will come at all and when. One thing I do know that I will never have DPD deliver my packages again.
