We ended up with Theo Leenders when our dryer broke. After the diagnosis, three parts were ordered, one of which was broken and two parts were reasonably worn. Finally, after two weeks of waiting, they finally had all the parts together. Then the dryer was 'repaired'. However, the problem was not solved yet because it still did not work. The technician then returned fairly quickly. The motor had to be replaced, because that would be the problem. This would have been something he would not have been able to see during diagnosis / initial repair. Ok, as a layman I of course have no idea, but how are we going to solve this? We could opt for a repair of the engine or 150 (value of the first repair) euro discount on a new device, the mechanic said. Ultimately, given the age of the dryer and the increasing costs on top of the first 150 euros, I opted for a new device. They can only collect 120 euros from the new dryer, because they cannot deduct the VAT. So first a misdiagnosis is made, then a commitment is made, which is not fulfilled and ultimately the argument concerns the inability to offset the VAT? Ultimately, the explanation is that they have to pay the VAT of the repair. In my opinion, they should have said that the margins on the dryers are too small and should therefore return to the discount promise of the mechanic, but the argument 'I cannot offset the VAT of one agreement (the repair) with the next agreement (the purchase agreement) ', that is not correct. Our trust is completely gone, so we prefer to get our dryer from someone else. Ultimately € 150 thrown away. So never again Theo Leenders for us.

My friend asked Theo Leenders for the price of a refrigerator. Email us reasonably quickly, to our surprise it was 30 euros more expensive than the suggested retail price. According to the webshop of the manufacturer and various official Liebherr dealers, the price is with free delivery and old refrigerator. However, Theo Leenders charges 30 euros for a delivery a few blocks away and the return of an old refrigerator is stated in the email. I believe that Theo Leenders does not know the laws: Hand in old device when purchasing a new device You can return old household appliances to the shop where you buy a new, similar appliance. This is the old-for-new scheme. The store is obliged to repossess any such device. It does not matter which brand it is or how big the product is. The old device no longer has to work. Shops are not allowed to charge for this service. The old-for-new rule only applies to equipment from private individuals, not companies. Apparently Theo Leenders does this. I fear for the service after purchase when you buy things from these guests. Not recommended.

Today again had great service from Theo Leenders. As always, you will be helped very pleasantly and quickly and it is checked whether something can still be repaired easily and without too many additional costs. It's nice that our washing machine is working again within 24 hours.

I am very satisfied with Theo Leenders, the device has been neatly installed and the operation clearly explained.
