Bad experience that ends in a yes no discussion. First delay due to an "error sort". Ultimately, no delivery is made at all. The transporter says that delivery has been made and conjures up a delivery note with my name and signature ... but the signature is not mine, it does not look like it. No one was at home on the day of the so-called delivery. Neighbors also checked nothing has been delivered. Wondering where that package ended up. Tribute to Poly-service Amsterdam, has sent the ordered items again free of charge. Concerned shipment 90190.

Releasing is sooo slow. Even though they are busy, you will be there for another 45 to 1 hour for a few pallets. Transport company should know better.
