It is worthless that you have to discuss your complaints with an assistant who does not understand anything.This is written by Christien Cooijmans.You pay a squint for the care and what you get on the phone an assistant who knows nothing about it and does not know what you feel. is actually too much

What a bunch of incompetent prutsers. Register here and please never get sick. Even just entering an appointment on the right day is apparently too difficult. Impression .... incompetent trainees / employees. Only protocols, no flexibility, many hours of break etc. etc. GPs .... You may only delegate tasks that you have made sure that your employees can handle. And this is clearly not the case. You play with human lives. And I join "Vivo vixi victum". Sticking plasters, but seriously approach health problems, no way.

I am entitled to another doctor if I am dissatisfied. Lieke from the complaint handling department did not respond to the e-mail.
