My experience is that I am helped fairly quickly. If I need something like an extra lens box or liquid I get it right away. Good service. Very nice staff, always friendly and listens well to your needs.

We have been a customer there for 7 years now and have been very satisfied for 7 years. Friendly and good staff and good service !! You will always be helped well and neatly. Recently when we ordered a new pair of glasses for our son, there were problems with 1 glass (was 2x a sort of drop in). They can't do anything wrong with the glass supplier, but they nevertheless came back to us. We were allowed to choose a spare pair of glasses with the right strength of course without having to pay anything for it !! We asked if it could possibly be a pair of sunglasses and this was no problem at all !! I think that is a super good service😊😊. The glasses that my son has are not cheap he has a + and a - strength and a hefty also and a cylinder deviation and then still provide this service I think it's TOP !!!!
