Employee said she was only 1 pack for me. This was wrong. Two had arrived. 2nd package my last name is incorrectly written down. I had the numbers with me ... but she just wanted to search by name. Fortunately, I stayed and my other package was justified. I prefer it when employees take the time to find out something properly. Don't just assume that something has not been delivered or that I am wrong.
