Bought a multi-plank floor, laminate and tiles for a new-build house in October 2020. Very pleasant sales conversation. After this I also had contact with other colleagues and every time the contact was extremely pleasant. During the laying of the multiplank herringbone floor, we received extensive advice by telephone when we were struggling with laying ourselves. Order afterwards in parts required, they just arrange this without being difficult. Keep appointments neatly. Also getting a moisture meter on loan is great. Pleasant buying experience!
