Loudest noisiest dirty restrooms messy library terrible service no proper internet amateurs tiny bookcollections no sesperate corridors zero study space too loud infants running babies crying loud, loud and shouting kitchen staff baristas, shouting talking loud service staff not enough space for people to sit-down on chairs with backsupport sofas with no back support

Nice building with lots of potential. Reception offered very introduction so the library structure and available services was not explained. Children's section is quite limited and the English section. Maybe this was due to the Corona pandemic but for an international city sadly it was very underwhelming and uninspiring.

A fantastic place in which people enjoy of marvellous sights of the city, taste a good coffee and grow up with the knowledge.

A wonderful place to catch-up, work, study. A meeting room is also available for booking. Good coffee bar and wifi. Monthly events for children are organized well.
