1 star for being able to post the review sell a lot of stuff through bol.com only bad reviews and yet I made the mistake. From now on, first look at the seller revisions before I buy something. Reviews below say enough ... I put my review there so that people can see that it is still team FC KNUDDE ...

This phone shop is not even worthy of 1 star. Incredibly unfriendly blunt staff, who have never heard of customer service. We had to come back to the store up to three times because she refused to help us. It became more and more unfriendly and blunt. Then, after losing our patience three times, we were also accused of being unfriendly. The customer is king, so it does not apply to this store. After this whole incident, went to Valkenswaard. There they could help us for free and now there is nothing wrong with the phone. Where Coens Telecom was sure that we did not understand it all. Called the store again later in the afternoon to indicate that this really was not customer service, but when the lady was not on, she just hung up the phone. They were also very simple people in the store. Maybe they like to give the weaker ones a chance. But they would be better off putting guidance on this.

Dear people, don't buy anything here, you pay too much for everything. I have paid euro 275 more for an S20 5G euro 1,049. Complained about this and would be called back by Mr. Coen. Still waiting for it. Bad advice. Terrible company. Very unprofessional. Bag fillers.
