Mr. Having Mark van Tongerlo paint work done on our new house from Bladel. The paintwork is well done except for the stairs. The stairs are not painted as desired. Mr. van Tongerlo proposes to restore the poorly executed paintwork in a second layer. This would be at our expense. We did not agree here. We have paid the entire bill minus 500, - Euro due to the bad execution of the stairs. Mr. van Tongerlo, however, continues to claim his money through WhatsApp messages. In time, Mr. van Tongerlo at the door, enters our house with a car jack in his hand. Mr. demands money and that immediately. Mr. van Tongerlo once again explained that money will be paid for the repair of previously performed paintwork. Since my 13-year-old son comes down the stairs at the moment mr. van Tongerlo becomes threatening in word and gesture (car jack) I have mr. ordered to leave my house. Mr. does not follow the instructions of the undersigned and states to stay until the money has been paid. The undersigned has said to call in the police. Mr. van Tongerlo left on this. The undersigned has of course reported threats and trespassing here. After 2 houses and various painting you will understand that we no longer do business with this man. My family is afraid of this man, our house is now equipped with video surveillance. So you see that a long-term collaboration is not everything.
