Made an appointment to replace the brake fluid on my old Mountain bike. Requested an estimate of the costs in advance. Couldn't say. Alright then... Came to pick up my bike today, they immediately replaced the brake pads and cleaned the discs because apparently they squeak. I was not called or asked if I agreed. As an excuse, sorry I was too busy. Well, I did get your payment request this morning, there was time for that ... Well, I think it's a shame, next time I'll order my parts myself on the internet and get started myself ...
