Exquisite experience! Does feel like being at a Michelin star restaurant. The restaurant is a part of Van der Valk Hotel Het Arresthuis, which opened its doors in Roermond in 2011. The restaurant is named after Roermond bishop Damianus (1724-1793). There is a Damianz menu and more exclusive chef's menu, offering from 4 to 6 sets of dishes. Going even for 4 dishes leaves you full and fully satisfied. Each dish is a firework of tastes and there was nothing we did not like or could not finish. A real gem of Roermond, just a short walk from Roermond outlet. Well worth the visit. Plan to spend at least 2-3 hours to finish the whole set and a dessert/cheese plate they offer at the end of the set.

Great, a big 5 ☆ deserved! Each dish is a work of art and the matching wines make it all Fabulous. The service is good and very nice to deal with. We will definitely come back here and then again sleep in the Arresthuis, what a great long weekend Roermond! Thanks!

A perfect evening at Damianz! Since it was the second visit there, expectations were quite high. We were very well attuned to the wonderful meal with creative greetings from the kitchen. It is well known that the eye also eats and once again the taste has surpassed the very appealing look. A big compliment for this excellent menu! We look forward to the next time.
