Staff has terrible altitude and impatient. Cold face seems like you owe her money. An sale assistent imitated the way I talk to another one, when I was paying. That’s super impolite. The worst Prada store I have ever been to.

10.10.20 4:28 p.m., we reserved things with the seller and we were assured not to be in the queue again. When we wanted to pick up our things, the "lady" at the door didn't let us in, she was very rude to us. So Prada has lost a regular customer! 5 stars become 1 star.

This review is primarily directed against the store manager Thomas, not against the Prada brand in general. A few weeks ago I bought shoes there that had a material defect. Because of this material defect, my foot started bleeding in the heel area. I then went back to the store with my shoes on and was 100% sure that as a regular customer my shoes would be exchanged. If this Thomas then tells me, we won't exchange the shoes because they are worn :-) And in an extremely arrogant, condescending tone. Again, I showed him photos of my bleeding foot beforehand! Any normal person would have exchanged the shoes directly. The Prada brand has done away with for me. I hope Thomas reads this himself. You always meet twice.

very poor quality, torn off the bag after 1 month of worth € 850.00 I expect quality. Portmonai even after 2 months there is a lot of lint on the zipper. Poor repair service

Very poor quality of jackets, two jackets of 800 are not Once a month torn up and certified that if the complaint was made, the business manager would be very busy, cheeky and unfriendly. Complaint of course after 1.5 months waiting time rejected. Exactly the same with shoes.
