A few weeks ago we bought a Tefal pan system from Tefal in Roermond. The seller also recommended a lid to the pans.
When we were at home, we found that the lid does not fit the pan system. Due to Corona it was not possible for us to exchange this lid promptly / directly.
Today we were informed in the shop that the lid would not be exchanged after this time.
In addition, the staff was also very unfriendly .....
Thank you for the great service, we will avoid the shop and Tefal in the future. Too bad ..... 🤔
