Ik vraag me werkelijk af waar ik servicekosten voor betaal. Mijn appartement is een groot tocht hol. Ik til de plint op in de slaapkamer en ik kijk rechtstreeks naar buiten. Boven het kozijn in de woonkamer zat een gigantische kier waardoor de wind zo naar binnen gierde. Maak je hier melding van krijg je het volgende: ''Daar sturen wij onze monteurs niet voor''. Precies hetzelfde antwoord kreeg ik toen ik vroeg voor een grotere radiator, of nieuwe lasdoppen in een centraaldoos. Zeer vaak geklaagd dat de ramen van de flat (aan de buitenkant) vettig zijn. Ons werd eindelijk beloofd dat deze dan 2x per jaar zouden worden gewassen. Het is nu inmiddels 2 jaar verder en de ramen zijn nog steeds vies. Maar servicekosten krijgen we niet meer terug aan het eind van het jaar. Update: Mensen! Het ligt eraan hoe duur je woning is. Ik ben recent verhuisd naar een andere woning van Wonen Limburg, waar ik meer voor moet betalen. Als ik nu een reparatie of klacht heb staan ze dezelfde dag nog voor mijn deur! Oftewel: Betalen, anders stik je maar.

Bad customer service. They cannot solve cases in a targeted manner. Do not respond to a "call me back" request. If you ask for a specific person, the reception does not think it necessary. If you have someone on the line, you will be cut off in the middle of the conversation. Communication mainly goes through the contractor.

Cluttered and difficult to navigate website. References from Wonen Limburg to arrange things online cannot be found. Front office employee talked about requesting a repair request for a leak at a tap of one of the toilets, "you are responsible for that, or take a service package". I then had to quote her their own terms before listening. Request submitted for a new kitchen block which could be renewed after 17 years according to their own conditions, I have done this more than a year ago and have still not heard anything about it. The front office employee I spoke to at the time made me feel that I should not ask for this and that I was taking advantage of the company. All in all, the idea that as a tenant you have to make an extraordinary effort to get justice or to feel heard.

Years ago I was a week late with renewing the registration, because I had not received any notification about this. Wonen Limburg gave unfortunately only bad luck, all registration years away. Now built up for 7 years and 3 months and responded to several homes of Wonen Limburg. I was just skipped while it was my turn for 2 houses. After several emails from me, I received apologies about system errors, corona time, etc. Housing Limburg made a commitment. I would be offered homes in an area of ​​my choice before they were advertised, because of their mistake and because my pregnancy is in a hurry. However, homes had to become vacant and there was no maximum number of offers. So I was allowed to refuse housing. A few days later I was offered 2 homes.1 very poorly maintained and 1 in a neighborhood where we had agreed in advance that I would not receive an offer. A day later, a house was advertised in the district, of which Limburg living knew that I would sign for it even without looking. Wonen Limburg indicated that I no longer made an offer and that I changed the requested family composition of the house I wanted, so that I no longer qualify for that reason either. All in all, living Limburg does not keep promises and commitments and they deal with agreements and rules according to their own needs. I have evidence of promises made but they were simply dismissed in my complaint.

I think living Limburg is a bad organization they do not deal with the tenants who rent a house for a long time from living Limburg.
