Really helpful and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble and did not feel rushed at all, when though the shop seemed pretty busy.

Good service friendly staff just don't ever try to phone this shop. The first time I phoned I got through to the service center as the shop wasn't picking up. They were supposed to phone me back but didn't. Today I phoned about 50 times , again I got through to the service centerwho said I should try every 20 minutes. I wasn't told that the shop didn't even open until 13.00. However it is now 13.30 and still no one is picking up the telephone in the shop. Rubbish service.

Very bad info listing. First asked if the glasses of his son could be replaced instead of completely new glasses, no that was not possible, was too expensive etc ... Asked what we were entitled to in terms of compensation, eventually had to pay almost 200 euros because of the bad information and yes , then your child has already selected the glasses. Addressed the store, but they do not give home. And guess what, only the glasses would have been reimbursed by the health insurer .... Next time really a different optician.

They offer you actions that ultimately do not really benefit you. 2nd glasses for free such as the accessories and the like such as the 1st glasses (of course you pay for the most expensive frame) In the end they came to almost 400 euros. For a student that is a considerable amount, so I indicated that I wanted to think about this. When I indicated by phone the day after that I wanted to receive the data of my measurement. If only I had to make an appointment and the costs were € 20. Definitely don't think this is customizable. It's outrageous in fact!
