I ended up with Rob through my boyfriend and I can only say that I am (more than) very satisfied. Used many different garages in the past and yet always left with a bad feeling that you are being dropped off. Rob is absolutely the most reliable, open and honest garage owner I've ever been. He is super transparent about his hours, always consults about the use of cheaper / more expensive materials and showed me the replaced part and where it was broken afterwards. As icing on the cake, he also completely washed the car and replenished the windshield wiper fluid. Besides the fact that Rob is really a top guy, he also delivers top service. Would absolutely recommend Rob to anyone!

Car service Loeffen is a top company. I am very satisfied with his work. There was something wrong with my car after a tip from someone I went to him while another car company had asked € 2000. Rob is a skilled mechanic who can adapt to the customer. Do you want to hand over everything? No problem, he makes an inventory of the problems of the car and then gives advice on what to handle or to replace. He walks through the points with you and then makes a decision (together). But also with someone like me, who likes to pick out a few things himself, he is fine in his element. As far as I'm concerned, that is characteristic of a good mechanic / diagnostician: he keeps all options open and first examines them before he acts. He has been servicing my cars for 8 years now and during all those years he remains calm and solves everything neatly. Small point of improvement: he likes to talk, so sometimes it is better to leave him alone so that he can work in silence.

What a fantastic service from Autoservice Loeffen in Wijchen. From quotation, photos, APK, loan car and discussing what needs to be repaired. With a lot of confidence and pleasure I go back on my way with my Alfa Romeo. Super thanks Rob.
