Well, say! Actually “a big shame” that I only now (May 23) find out that I can also write a review via Google. Can you find out what kind of IT expert I am! But I actually expected an email from T-Mobile asking how my experience in the shop had been on March 10. Anyway: Either I missed it or I didn't receive one, but that's why I sincerely apologize for this late response. Because: What do you expect as a customer? Customer-friendliness, expert help and advice. And not only that. You also want to leave such a shop after your purchase with a satisfied feeling. And I did and I still do!
