very bad experience. I did call them to reserve a watch for me. They told me to come same day if you want it to be reserved. I went there even though it was 2 hour to drive. When I got there it was like only 1 guy working there maybe more but i didnt really notice. It was only him who was busy talking with a customer so i did wait few minutes. Nobody helped me after waiting for straight 10-minutes. So i tried to ask him and he had rejected me in a very disrespectful way. left the boutique.

Excellent and very friendly advice from both employees. The choice was currently a little limited (a little less than on other visits before). Still found a great watch at a good price. The buying experience was really great, and also a little more relaxed than with some "stiff" concessionaires in Germany. Gladly again!
