Very nice staff. Helpful and courtious. Wonderful selection on pens, arts/crafts, and stationary.
Mr. Slenders repaired a fountain pen for me. This was a pen from my grandfather, from 1968. I was very kindly spoken to and helped. I noticed both the expert repair and the friendly communication. I warmly recommend this company to everyone.
