The St. Anthony Abbot church is part of the parish The Twelve Apostles with as many cores around Wychen. The beautiful parish garden is maintained by enthusiastic and hospitable volunteers. From the street you can see the beautiful reliefs that were once placed at St. Francis School. At the back of the garden, fruit and vegetables are also grown and there is a small apiary. The food yield from the garden is used by the Hospice and the local Food Bank. Don't forget to pay a visit to the Maria grotto with a statue of the praying Bernadette or the Maria chapel in the tower portal of the church.
