VERY BAD COMPANY! VERY BAD COMMUNICATION! DOES NOT FULFILL ANY APPOINTMENTS! Pool ordered, would be delivered by Lemmens Transport within 3 working days (that was no later than Wednesday). After 2 working days called by Lemmens that they could deliver on Friday (5 working days) earlier was not possible. I would receive an email in the morning what time the delivery was. Friday morning no mail, I call at 9 am. Yes sir we are loading the car. No mail at 11 am. Called: Yes sir, we have lost the package, we will call you back. No mail at 1 pm, no call back. I called again: Yes your package will be delivered with the 2nd shipment, you will receive an email. Called at 3pm by Lemmens, no idea where your package is. I call the supplier, Lemmens on the line within fifteen minutes: Absolutely certainly the package will come today. Transmission will deliver. Waited all evening, no delivery. Saturday morning called Transmission. Yes sir he is on delivery Tuesday, there has been no report. VERY BAD COMPANY! VERY BAD COMMUNICATION! DOES NOT FULFILL ANY APPOINTMENTS!

The above and / or the above complaints are "unfortunately" not due to Lemmens Transport as these "only" made the separate agreements with the customer for our customer / speak the seller of the products, loading and unloading was performed by third parties.

Made an appointment to deliver a package on Wednesday .... no one seen Called myself would be delivered on Friday no one seen again .... Called back would be delivered on Saturday before 12 noon with an emergency delivery.
